Quality control of rolling bearings by vibration characteristics
Unique Russian complexes for rolling bearing control, developed jointly with the largest manufacturer of rolling bearings - the European Bearing Corporation (EPK). Stands SP-60M and SP-180M are among the best on the world market today.
Stands SP-60M and SP-180M allow diagnosing bearings with bore diameter from 7 to 300 mm and outer diameter up to 500 mm. They have fully automatic control of all modes of operation, control of the rotation drive, the supply of axial and radial load, the pressing force of the vibration sensor. All information is displayed on the screen of an industrial computer, and the operation modes are controlled using a touch monitor.
Vibration standards and measurement procedure for bearing vibration comply with the requirements of measurement procedure MI ITs EPK.001-11. LLC "EC EPK" is the base organization for standardization of the secretariat of the Russian Technical Committee for Standardization TK 307 (MTK 307) "Rolling and plain bearings".
Test benches for rolling bearings SP-60M and SP-180M comply with the requirements of Russian standards GOST R 52545 and international standards ISO 15242.
Additional equipment is supplied to organize the incoming inspection of bearings: a device for measuring the radial clearance in the bearing, washing baths, depreservation of bearings, hardness testers, demagnetizers, marking machine, work furniture.
