Our company performs the functions of an independent body for personnel appraisal (INAP).

The policy of the NOAP in the field of quality is to systematically improve the system of training and certification of personnel performing work on vibration diagnostics and balancing of rotary equipment used at hazardous production facilities.

• Independence from organizations whose personnel we evaluate
• Application of procedures that do not allow the influence of unauthorized persons or organizations on the results of attestation
• Fair assessment and the same treatment for all candidates, regardless of their place of work, position or any other factors
• Impartiality towards applicants, candidates and certified persons
• Impartial and independent review of complaints and appeals against the PLA
• Privacy and storage protection of information about candidates
• Limitation of personnel certification activities by the scope of accreditation of the NOAP
• Refusal to use any procedures that would allow the emergence of a conflict of interest, reducing the level of confidence in the competence, impartiality, independence, honesty of the certification procedures.
