preliminary application, after receiving the application, the coordinator of the Training Center will contact you and clarify the details of the upcoming training
To pass certification in vibration diagnostics in the Unified Conformity Assessment System, a specialist must submit to the Training Center:
- 3 photos 3 x 4 (matte, color or black and white)
- Photocopy of passport
- Certificate of completion of a special training course in vibration diagnostics (if any)
- Copies of educational documents
- Medical certificate in form 086У
- Application for pre-certification training download form
- Application for certification of personnel in the field of non-destructive testing download the form
To pass certification in vibration diagnostics and balancing in the voluntary certification system, a specialist must provide to the Training Center:
- 2 photos 3 x 4 (matte, color or black and white)
- Photocopy of passport
- Certificate of completion of a special training course in vibration diagnostics (if any)
- Copies of educational documents
- Application for training and certification download form
